Christian Thoroughgood’s research interests primarily reside within the areas of leadership, counterproductive work behavior, and diversity in organizations. Currently, he conducts research and teaches courses on organizational behavior, HR metrics and research, and organizational change management in Villanova University’s HRD master’s program.
