The Performance Management Group will offer an enhanced management training boot camp in four cities this year, starting in February. The consulting firm added team leadership, metrics and scorecarding to its schedule of intensive management training sessions. The upgraded sessions, which last a day each, will debut in Phoenix, Seattle, San Diego and Denver. The sessions are designed to give managers effective people skills, strong performance management skills, and a solid understanding of critical thinking and business analysis.

TPMG also recently expanded its consulting services to include operational analysis and scorecarding. The firm has offered the services to its Six Sigma clients for years, but will now offer them to all clients.

“Our purpose is to work with [clients] to establish and develop this expertise in-house, so they may become more competent at accounting for and improving the quality, productivity and cost-effectiveness of work done in their organizations,” says Gerald Taylor, TPMG president and managing consultant.
