(NIST: Gaithersburg, MD) -- National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) authors and CRC Press have arranged to give all attendees at the 2013 North American Coordinate Metrology Association (NACMA) conference a 20-percent discount on the definitive coordinate metrology book, Coordinate Measuring Machines and Systems (CRC Press, 2012). Additionally, CRC Press has donated two of the books to be given away as door prizes at the NACMA reception.

Craig Shakarji and Steven Phillips, two of the book’s authors, will be speaking at the NACMA conference, which will be held Aug. 27–28, 2013, at NIST; they will also be available for book signing.
